My background is a curious blend: Alexander Technique, stand-up comedy, executive assistance, leadership development, and coaching. Throw in Master's degrees in Creative Industries and Organisational Psychology (both with distinction), plus training in art-based and Gestalt approaches, and a deep interest in mythopoetics.
